FabLab Hong Kong: Empowering Innovation, Transforming Communities

We are a non-profit community organization and a fabrication laboratory that combines traditional and computer-controlled machines. FabLab Hong Kong's members come from various backgrounds and disciplines, such as art, engineering, architecture, electronics, programming, social innovation, and education. They share a common passion for making, learning, and collaborating.

 

FabLab Hong Kong is part of the global FabLab network rooted in MIT's renowned "How to Make (Almost) Anything" program, comprising over 2,500 Fab Labs across 125 countries. Our mission is twofold:

Empower individuals and entrepreneurs with the means to bring their ideas to life through tangible products and prototypes.

Fosters social innovation, driving impactful and resource-efficient changes in our community

By providing access to a diverse array of digital manufacturing technologies, we democratize the process of creation, enabling the ability to locally conceptualize, research, design, fabricate, and explore virtually anything imaginable.
